A lead is a new inquiry the AI reads, scores and answers. It counts once — the follow-ups, the back and forth, and the booking are all part of that same lead. A person who emails you five times is one lead, not five.
Nothing is lost. Leads over your monthly limit are still captured and stored — they appear in your pipeline exactly as normal. The AI simply waits for an upgrade before working them, so you can go back and pick them up later.
