LeadsApp holds the leads you receive and the conversations that follow, because that is the product. Here is the short version of what that means; the privacy policy has the full detail.
Your account: the email address you sign in with.
Your business profile: what you told the AI it may say about you.
Your leads and their message threads, including the replies the AI drafted or sent.
Suppression and unsubscribe records — these are kept deliberately, because deleting them would let someone be contacted again.
You can export your leads to CSV from the leads page at any time. If you want your workspace and its data deleted, start a chat from the button in the corner of this page and ask — we will confirm before anything is removed, and confirm again once it is done.
Cancelling a paid plan does not delete anything. It only moves you back to the free Trial plan.
