To add an opportunity in the leads view, you can use the drop-down menu or the plus icon in the opportunity section
Opportunities are designed to show the estimated value, estimated closed date, and status of the opportunity
You can create your own opportunity status or use the default options provided
When adding an opportunity, you will need to provide a title, status, estimated value, type (one-time, monthly, etc.), and estimated closed date
You can create multiple opportunities within the platform and manage them under the "opportunities" tab in the sales section
You can edit, delete, or create a proposal for an opportunity from the opportunities view
The value of an opportunity is always calculated on an annual basis, regardless of the type chosen

And this video going to show you how to add an opportunity to leap. So there's two places within the leads view that you can actually add an opportunity. You can do it and this drop down here. So if you click on here and then click, going to add an opportunity that allow you to add there and you can also add it down here in the opportunity section you can just hit this plus icon and this will show you the options you have of creating an opportunity.
So opportunities in our system are really designed just to help show your estimated value and your estimated closed and then of course, status with your opportunities. So the first is a title that can be anything you want. You know some have internal standards that you need to do for every title that you create for your opportunities, also opportunity status.
So you have the option of creating your own status. So when you watch that video on how to create your own opportunity status, these are our default ones. So we have four statues that are included. You can figure those yourself or use our default. So in this case I'm going to do just representation stage. I may say my confidence. Closing this based on that presentation is 75% estimated value. So you can put an estimated value here if you want the estimated value and let's just say potential is $1500 so when you put that amount you don't have to use sense. But you can and then type so it's one time: monthly, quarterly, six months yearly. There are options for this.
In this case I'm going to do monthly and then estimated closed. I'm going to say the end of May right. So at this point I can just create. That's going to add the opportunity to my system. It's also going to put it in the timeline. There was also status update. So everything that you do on a status update is here, tracked within the platform and then you also have, you know this little injury here, so you can create multiple opportunities within this platform here. You don't have to just create one, so you may have one for set up, you may have one for this, and so this is the actual reference of this opportunity.
You can edit this opportunity a moment, you can defeat it and then you can actually go in and create a proposal and send out a proposal to this particular client or this lead which the videos to follow show you exactly how to do that.
So when you create your opportunities there's a tab for you to manage them and those opportunities are under sales and the opportunities to. So we can click on the opportunities to have. You're going to see that opportunity in the stage again. These are our default stages. You can create your own custom stages if you like, and have those applied to your opportunity static drop down.
So here, when you're inside your opportunities view, you're going to see the lead it's associated with. You have several different options, such as creating a proposal. You can edit it directly through here. So maybe you need to change the confidence level, or maybe you just wanted to change the status. You can do that. You also to move this status along. We have this little icon here which will allow you to drag over to whatever status you have. So if I were to come in the proposal sent, I can do that or whatever status I want, so you can just drag over and that will automatically move your status for your opportunities. If you're going to create a proposal and send that out, you can just click this icon and the videos to follow. I'll show you that.
So opportunity is pretty easy to create when you're inside the leave again. Two places are created once you created one thing about the value, so this is always on a analyzed value.
So if you do monthly, for instance, you know I'll put in the monthly amount, for this was a 1000 and $1500 so that's actually multiplying that by 12, and so as you start building these up, it's all annual revenue amounts that are associated with your opportunities.
