Response time is the gap between a lead arriving and the first reply reaching them. In review mode this includes the time a draft waited for you.
Score distribution tells you the quality of what your marketing is bringing in, not the quality of the AI.
Source breakdown shows which channel actually produces booked conversations, so you can spend where it pays.
