To set up your profile and branding on LeadsApp:
Log in and go to the "Edit Profile" section.
Enter your first and last name, and upload a profile image.
Set your time zone.
You can also create custom profile fields and groupings.
Go to the "Branding" section under "Control System."
Upload your logo and set the main portal color.
Fill out the rest of the branding information.
If you want to add your own domain, follow the instructions in the next video.
Remember to log out and log back in for profile changes to be applied.

In this video I'm going to walk you through on how to set up your profile and also how to set up your branding on the back and, if you choose to, to put your businesses color scheme and logo and contact information and and really just brand the entire system.
So the first step: once you log in, you're going to want to click on your profile. You're going to click here and go to edit profile. Once you come here these first few settings here, user name is the email you signed up with. It's important that you're using the name is an email, because that's where all your notifications are going to go or any important information about the system. Also first name, last name. This is important to make sure you have first name and last name with everybody you set up in the system. There's a lot of little components, such as voice system that use your first name and last name, for setting up your endpoints and things like that.
Profile image. This is going to show up on all your comments. May just go ahead and grab a profile image. One thing about our file manager right, so here you hit upload, you're going to go find your photo file or whatever, and that's going to pool into this section here. Now you do have to select it and then I choose, and then that'll allow it to come in here and we have a lot of different options, such as editing and renamed the copying and things like that, and you can play around with this or watch the video specifically to this file manager, but just select it and then hitches and then that'll show up in your profile here.
One thing, anything that you save on your profile. You do have to log back out and log back in for the changes to be applied. So in this case the profile hasn't been applied yet because I haven't logged in and logged back out profile. If this is your personal information, but one important factor is your time zone. Make sure you set your time zone or always be at central standard time. That's for everything when it comes to like your reporting, your cadences, your email campaigns, campaigns, your lead timelines, everything is dictated by this time zone, all these other fields. These are fields that you can actually personalize the back office, personalize your email templates, personalize whatever you want. You can use these tags for these profiles.
So as you begun, begin adding users and they put their information in. You can have temples that you're personalizing with and have videos over that. But this where we're pulling from your profile information. Here you can also create as many custom profile fields and groupings as you like, and there's videos that cover that.
So now that you have your profile set up, the next thing you're going to want to do is come in and set up your braining for your business. So here you'll come over under control system and branding, and here you have a ton of different options to brain your system with. The most important are going to be your logos and then also your portal color, if you like the colors that the system has by default, you can do that. All this information here is what's going to be provided on your. You know your proposals and illegal information from. You know, privacy policy and things like that is pulling from this brand section here. So make sure you fill this out. And I have a video that I'm covering in the next step on how to add the domain. So for this one it's more or less just the braining colors, the logos and some of these options down here.
So I have a few color options. You can click right here. This is the main portal color. This is on the gradient side. It's going to be your left hand side. Down to your right side is how the gradient works, but the main portal color will control your buttons and things like that. So you can click here and then just select a color. Or if you have a color code that you want to throw in, you can do that too and already have two that I've picked out, and this you don't have to log back in and log back out to see the changes. You can just refresh the page and it'll change right away.
The logos, this is important because this is what's going to show up on your portal. This is going to show up on all your emails, your proposals, anything that you're sending out, this is what's going to be included. So you have your logo and then you have your favicon. This is the little icon that shows up in your tab. So you can click on this and then just select your logo and hit open and then it'll come in here. You can rename it if you want to. So you can just call it logo or logo one and then hit save. And then you have a favicon, which is this little icon that shows up in your tab, and you can just select that and then hit open and then that'll come in here and then you can rename it if you want to. And then you have your mobile logo. This is the logo that's going to show up on the mobile version. So you can select that and then hit open and then that'll come in here and then you can rename it if you want to.
So now you have your logos set up and your main portal color set up. The rest of this information is more or less optional. You can fill this out if you want to. These are just additional options. You can add your Google Analytics tracking ID. You can add your Facebook pixel. You can add your Google tag manager, your custom CSS. You can add your custom JavaScript. You can add your Google Maps API key. You can add your custom footer HTML. So you can add whatever you want in here, but these are just additional options.
And then the last thing is just your legal information. So this is going to be your privacy policy, your terms of use, your disclaimer. So you can just come in here and add that information and then hit save. And then that's going to be provided on your proposals, on your invoices, anything that you're sending out.
