Instructions for Adding a Call Stage Sequence:
The call stage sequence is the final step in the sequence.
The call stage status is for when the lead is in call stage in the car.
The sequence will stay in the call stage until the disposition is updated.
As soon as the voicemail drops, the lead will be immediately placed in the call stage status.
To add the call stage sequence, click "add sequence" and select the call stage status.
Set the sequence to fire immediately when the voicemail drops.
Add a postscript if desired.
Click "create" to add the step to the inventory.
Once all steps are set up and triggers are in place, the sequence can be activated, saved, and made live.

I'm going to add the final step in my sequence. The final step for me in this example is going to be call stage. So call stage is basically whenever this lead is in call stage in my car.
I know those leagues are in call only status and anything. Maybe I had multiple steps after this call in this status, but they will stay in that call stage or the sequence until I update the disposition and this example as soon as I drop step one, step, two, steps, three.
As soon as that voice all has dropped, I want this lead immediately being called one status. In that way I can go into that my filter view filtered by everybody in that status and I can begin calling the ones that I've already received. Step one, step 23.
So to do that, just like the first three steps, go ahead and click, add sequence to put this step into our inventory. To call this step four. I'm going to select the call stage status and I'm going to leave this at zero minutes. So I want this to be fired immediately when the voicemail drop happens.
So this lead immediately is going to be put into the stage as soon as that voice smell is dropped and I'm just going to put this is a sample. Postscript goes here. So I'm goin to go ahead and hit create and what that's doing is putting my step, my final step into my inventory.
So, now that I have all my steps set up and I have triggers over here that I can use the next video, I m going to show you how to put all this together in the canvas, activate my sequence and save it and make it live.
