If you're getting an Error result when importing a CSV file with your leads, it may be because save the file as a .csv instead of the default CSV UTF-8 on a Mac. follow these steps:
On your computer, open the CSV file you want to save.
Click "File" and then select "Save As".
In the "Save As" window, change the "Format" dropdown menu to "Comma Separated values (.csv)".
Click "Save".
This should resolve the issue you were experiencing with importing the file.

Here are some important notes you should know:
If a lead already exists with an email address in the same workspace or no workspace, the system will update the existing record instead of creating a new one. However, if the lead exists in a different workspace, a new lead will be created.
Leads can now be associated with multiple data forms with a single record, but this only works if they are in the same workspace. You will see the new entry on the timeline, and data will update.
Maptos are still helpful, and the system has upgraded the match logic so your variations to mapping to global fields will match better. If they don't match, apply the mapto option in the data form field to the global field you like.
Custom lead data is now mapped on import, so if you have set up a custom lead field like Google Maps Profile, make sure to add it in your CSV file. This will populate data to your custom lead fields.
Additional columns or not having the same amount of columns in your CSV will no longer break your import. If you have fields beyond what you have in your data form, they will try to match your custom lead fields or simply insert in the Data Form Details log section.
If a lead exists and you are adding them to a different data form with a cadence, it will apply the lead to the additional data form and trigger the cadence for the lead.
When downloading the data form CSV template, there are two new fields appended to the end of the data form fields: User_ID and Lead_Labels.
User_ID is the ID you can find in your users table, and it's helpful if you want to upload a list but assign them to different users on import.
Lead_Labels will apply the lead to any lead label. The format is Label Name separated by a comma for multiple labels. If the label exists, it will use that, if not, it will create a new one and apply.
Imports start every minute and now update percentage record by record. So you can see much quicker how much time you have left and percentage to complete.
