# The review queue: nothing sends without you

Review mode is the default, and it stays on until you switch it off.

Every new workspace starts in review mode. The AI writes the reply and then stops — the draft sits in your Review queue until you approve it. Nothing reaches a customer that you have not read.

## What each draft shows you

-   What they asked, in their own words.
    
-   The AI's read: a 0-100 score, a hot / warm / cold label, and the reasoning behind it.
    
-   Why this reply — the AI's own explanation of the approach it took.
    
-   The subject and message, both fully editable before you send.
    

## Your three options

Approve it and it sends as written. Edit it first and it sends as you rewrote it. Or tell the AI what was wrong and it drafts again — that feedback improves later replies too.

Approving quickly matters more than editing perfectly. A good reply in five minutes beats a perfect one tomorrow.
