# How a lead gets scored

What the 0-100 number means and why it comes with reasoning.

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100 and a hot, warm or cold label. The score is a reading of how ready this person is to buy from you — not how nice their message was.

## What pushes a score up

- A real deadline, especially one set by someone other than them.

- A clear description of the problem rather than a one-line 'how much?'.

- Budget or cost raised by them.

- Answers to the qualifying questions the AI asked.

- A match with the services in your business profile.

## Why the reasoning matters more than the number

Every score comes with the sentences behind it, so you can disagree with it in seconds. If the reasoning is consistently wrong about your market, the fix is your business profile — tell it what a good lead looks like for you and the scores follow.

Scores never send anything on their own. They decide ordering and when a booking link is offered.
