# Turning on auto-send

When to let the AI reply without waiting for you, and what still cannot slip through.

Auto-send lets the AI reply the moment a lead arrives instead of drafting and waiting. It is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it on for a single lead or for everything.

## How to know you are ready

Run in review mode until you find yourself approving most drafts without editing them. That is the honest signal. Most people get there in a week or two, once their business profile has been through a couple of rounds.

## What auto-send does not change

-   Unsubscribes are always honoured.
    
-   Suppression lists are always honoured.
    
-   Quiet hours are always respected.
    
-   The AI still only states facts from your business profile.
    

Those four are enforced in code, not by the AI's judgement, so they hold whether or not you are watching. And auto-send is reversible — switch back to review mode any time.
